SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance (A2P 10DLC)
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends quote status updates, appointment confirmations, installation scheduling reminders, delivery arrival notices, and customer support messages to customers who have requested a quote, used our porch display preview tool, or submitted an inquiry with Paso Sweet through our website at https://pasosweet.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with dedicated consent language and/or checkboxes. Messages include scheduling confirmations, delivery reminders, display setup coordination, end-of-season removal updates, and direct customer support.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit your request or sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@pasosweet.com. Customer support is available during regular business hours.
4. Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service inquiries, quotes, and active seasonal display orders. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional wireless carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Display Services, Delivery & Takedown
Paso Sweet provides seasonal autumn displays comprising Paso Robles-grown pumpkins, specialty gourds, straw bales, and corn stalks for homes and businesses across San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara County.
- Service Area: Delivery, setup, and end-of-season removal are limited to our active service area across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.
- Natural Materials: Pumpkins, gourds, and agricultural items are natural products. Exact sizes, color tones, and shapes naturally vary from photos or AI preview mockups. We curate every installation for maximum aesthetic appeal and seasonal freshness.
- Site Access: Customers agree to provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the porch, entrance, or storefront area during the scheduled delivery/installation and takedown windows.
- Wildlife & Weather: While we select hardy, locally harvested produce, Paso Sweet is not liable for damage caused by local wildlife, extreme weather, rot from excessive moisture/sprinklers, or unauthorized third-party tampering post-installation.
- End-of-Season Removal: Scheduled takedown is included in all packages. Pumpkins are hauled away and donated to local livestock and straw is responsibly composted.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Limited License to You
This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of Paso Sweet and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.
You may not use the Site or the materials available on the Site in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us.

Your License to Us
By submitting photos of your entrance or porch (whether via our AI preview tool, quote forms, or social channels), you represent that you own the photos or have obtained necessary permissions to photograph the property. You grant Paso Sweet a non-exclusive license to use submitted entrance photos solely for generating your quote preview, fulfilling your display design, and, with your consent, showcasing finished installations in our gallery.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The information, previews, and services offered on or through the Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
AI-generated previews produced via our porch preview tool are artistic simulations for planning purposes; actual installations may vary based on porch architecture, product availability, and safety requirements.
You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless Paso Sweet, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation under these Terms of Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or decline service inquiries, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate, fraudulent, or unlawful.
Governing Law
